You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity information held on your satta9 account. satta9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional scrutiny. satta9 reserves the right to delay, block, or report transactions that appear inconsistent with a user's typical activity profile or declared source of funds.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. satta9 may suspend live markets at any time at its sole discretion. Bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event or market will be voided regardless of outcome.
satta9 enforces maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement. satta9 will not be liable for any amount exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit, even where the bet has been confirmed at a higher implied value.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, satta9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
satta9's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your satta9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
satta9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the satta9 platform at your own risk.
You may request the closure of your satta9 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.
satta9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; where required by law, regulation, or licensing authority; where the account poses a money laundering risk; or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform's integrity.
In cases of account closure due to breach, satta9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances derived from that breach may be forfeited in full.
